As a Principal, I am hugely inspired and impressed by the commitment and dedication of our Founder and Chairman Rev. Fr. Dr. J.E. Arulraj and also for providing an excellent platform to develop the personality of our students. Under the dynamic leadership of our Founder and Chairman Rev. Fr. Dr. J.E. Arulraj, we are all working together to promote the academic excellence and also to make the best feasible efforts to inculcate the values among our students.

J.P. College of Education says special thanks to the Indian political congress leader and great speaker of Honorable Thiru Peter Alphonse, State Minority commission Chairman of Tamil Nadu of his initiative for the growth of this institution. The eminent personality and Congress leader with a missionary zeal of throwing open the portals of Teacher Education to all, especially the socially and economically marginalized section of the society irrespective of their caste, creed and gender. The college is being run under the aegis of well established Grace Swaminathan Educational and Charitable Trust and DMI Sisters.

J.P College of Education is blessed with all resources which lays the foundation for preparing the individual to become the fittest person of the society. It is an innovative teacher training college to find out the hidden talents, skills and abilities of the prospective teachers which are identified and encouraged to make a complete man/woman, who is physically enduring, emotionally matured, intellectually enlightened, aesthetically developed, morally oriented and spiritually inclined and so that they are able to reach greater heights. It also provides a holistic and students centric atmosphere to our students for multifaceted development, where students are encouraged to channelize the potential in this pursuit of excellence.
